Jennifer is a thought leader, innovator, researchers, and educator who is deeply committed to tackling challenging problems in the business world by creating new business models and leadership approaches. Most recently, Jennifer co-founded Women Leadership Nation Inc., a training and development company committed to helping large corporations tackle the gender gap in the workplace and create more unified workplaces. Jennifer working on her Ph.D. at Walden University, where she is studying leadership and the impact COVID-19 has on leadership, gender diversity, innovation, and the future of work. Jennifer is also the executive producer and host of the Women Leadership Nation, Breaking Barriers Podcast, and one of the founding SheEO Activators.
Jennifer holds an MBA from the Athabasca University, obtained a Higher Education Teaching Certificate from Harvard University, completed the York Entrepreneurship Development Business Incubator Program, obtained a Masters Certificate in Municipal Leadership at York University, a Graduate Diploma in Management at Athabasca University, an Economic Development Certification and designation at the University of Waterloo, and studied business at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology.
