Become a FUNDER
Who is a funder?
A business funder is a risk-taker who understands that small and start-up business is crucial to economic development in Canada. A business investor is an individual, bank, or company looking for the next high impact venture that can really make a difference. Investors believe and trust in the rigorousness of YEDInstitute's program, elite process, and its graduating fellows.
A program funder is an individual or company seeking to contribute to social change by supporting an institute that is generating innovative business ideas and creating jobs and opportunities for Canadians.
YEDI accepts new funders to join our current roster on a rolling basis. YEDI funders will have the chance to attend the end-of-term Venture Fair and get a first glance at promising projects as pitched by graduated entrepreneurs. Learn more about our program and entrepreneur application criteria to get a sense of our fellows and the training they go through.
Contact our Project Director with your stated interest to see if you qualify to attend as a participant in the funder audience!
